This permission allows this application to capture barcodes issued by the publisher. Barcodes are used to redeem print or gift subscriptions.
Allows to store and retrieve for displaying downloaded publisher issues.
Read only access to phone state is used to generate unique device identification to maintain subscription after reinstall of the app.
